We create customised menus tailored precisely to your palate and served in a setting of your choice; whether you crave for a multi-course tasting menu, top-quality Wild Turbot cooked over coals on our Blok Custom Grill, or an outside oyster bar at your wedding reception. Our chefs draw inspiration from their travels and a diverse range of cuisines as you’ll see from the downloadable sample menus available here.

 

We take care of the planning, shopping and clean down, ensuring you can enjoy the time with friends and loved ones. Impeccable attention to detail is a given, from flavour to presentation of every dish always resulting in visually appealing, tasty and stunning food!  You can expect the highest standards of professionalism throughout, with us working discreetly to create a seamless experience.
